Member Resources How to Renew HCEA Membership for a Company/Organization
Note: You must be the “Key Contact” for your organization to renew the membership. See FAQs below for more information.
1. Log into HCEA.org. If you cannot log in, use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password.
2. Navigate to “My Profile.”
3. Select “My Organization.”
4. Choose “Member Invoices.” If “Member Invoices” is not visible, you are not listed as the “Key Contact” for your organization. (See FAQs for assistance.)
5. Locate the Open Invoice for 2025. To pay, click the three dots on the right-hand side of the invoice and select “Pay.”

I do not see an open invoice for 2025. What do I do?
You are likely not listed as the “Key Contact” for your organization. If you should be the HCEA “Key Contact” for 2025, email [email protected] to update your status.
I never received an email with the invoice. Check your spam folder for an email from [email protected], sent on November 22, 2024. If you still do not see the email, your organization may not have an email address on file. Go to My Profile > My Organization > Org Profile and ensure an email address is listed. Add one if missing.
